NuYOU360™ Return & Refund Policy 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The inner packaging cannot be opened or tampered with.
• The product must not be used, assembled, or worn.
• The product and packaging must arrive back to us in full, sellable condition.

If you received a replacement and wish to return the product, both the original and replacement item must be returned. If both items are not returned, we cannot issue a refund.

All returns must be shipped within the 30-day window. Returns received after 30 days or in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. NuYOU360™ does not provide prepaid return labels.

The packing slip included with your order is not a return label.

If a package is refused or returned to us as “Return to Sender,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any carrier fees. These fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Please include the following inside your return package:

• Full name
• Email used when placing the order
• Order number
• Reason for return or the item you want to exchange

You may include this on a piece of paper, on the packing slip, or by printing your order confirmation email.

Processing time for returns is 7–14 business days once the package arrives at our facility.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If you experienced an issue with your order, please contact us first. Your feedback helps us improve our products.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, please contact us. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Sale items
• Bundles marked as final sale
• Gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If it has been more than 5 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received a notification, please check your SPAM/Junk folder.

If no email is found and no refund appears in your account, contact us  for verification.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include photos of:

• The packing slip
• All items received
• The shipping label

If we do not receive notice within 5 days, we will assume the order was delivered correctly, and we cannot offer replacements or compensation.
