How much is shipping?
We offer FREE Express Delivery to the USA and worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
USA delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Where is my order?
You can track your order using your tracking number here: Track My Order.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed 2–3 days after you place your order (once created by the carrier).
If you haven’t received it after 5 days, contact us.

I lost my tracking number.
Email care@nuyou360.com with your name and shipping address and we’ll resend it.

How can I make changes to my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can update:

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Is the NuYOU360™ LED Mask safe?

When will I see results?
Most users see visible improvements in 3–4 weeks with consistent use.
Benefits like improved sleep or mood may appear sooner.

Can I use the mask with my skincare products?

How often should I use the mask?
Use 15–20 minutes per session, 3–4 times per week.
After results appear, 1–2 sessions per week is enough for maintenance.
