We offer FREE Express Delivery to the USA and Rest of World.

How long does shipping take?

• Delivery (USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Where is my order?
You can track your order here: Track My Order using the tracking number sent to your email.

What is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed 2–3 days after your order is placed (once created by the carrier). If you haven’t received it within 5 days, please contact us at care@nuyou360.com.

I’ve lost my tracking number. What can I do?
Email care@nuyou360.com with your full name and shipping address, and we’ll resend your tracking details.
